The Organizing Committee of the 39th MeLSAT Scientific Conference, Exhibition and Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026 invites researchers, scientists, academicians, laboratory professionals, and other stakeholders to submit abstracts for presentation during the conference. The conference will be held at City Park Garden, Mbeya, from 22nd to 25th September 2026, under the theme “Investing in Laboratory Science and Technology for Quality and Sustainable Laboratory Services.” The conference aims to provide a platform for sharing innovative research findings, technological advancements, best practices, and emerging trends in laboratory science and healthcare.

Authors are invited to submit original abstracts relevant to the conference theme. Abstracts must be written in clear English and should contain 250–300 words, using font size 12 in Arial or Times New Roman. Each abstract should be structured under the following headings: Title, Background, Objective, Methodology, Results, and Conclusion. Submissions should be made in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) and must include the full names of all authors, institutional affiliations, and the email address of the corresponding author. The presenting author is required to register and attend the conference. All submitted abstracts will undergo a peer-review process and will be selected based on scientific merit, originality, and relevance to the conference theme.

Researchers, scientists, and laboratory professionals are encouraged to participate and contribute to advancing laboratory science and technology for quality and sustainable laboratory services.
